We are thrilled to announce our 2022 dates for our family-friendly stargazing events in our Donna Jones Rooftop Garden at The Andrus Hotel. These events are hosted by Cottontail Observatory's Joe Witherspoon who is a renowned local astronomer and Vice President of the Southwest Montana Astronomical Society.
Our Rooftop Garden allows for unobstructed 360° views of the expansive Southwest Montana night sky. We hope you'll join us as Joe shares details about the constellations and stargazing tips for beginners. These events will be magical!
A few details:
• All events are weather permitting - follow us on Social Media to stay up to date.
• Please bring a light jacket or sweater (even in the summer months).
• Bring a beverage if you wish.
• Dessert will be provided! Please bring your questions! Joe loves questions.
